New to Church?
What to Expect...

We know that visiting a church for the first time can feel a little daunting.

We want to take the guesswork out of your first visit so you can feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

  • Wear whatever makes you comfortable. You’ll see everything from jeans and t-shirts to business casual. We’re much more interested in meeting you than in what you’re wearing.

  • When you walk through the doors, our welcome team will be there to greet you, answer any questions, and help you find a seat. We promise not to put you on the spot, make you stand up, or ask you to speak to anyone you don’t want to!

  • Our services usually last about 75 minutes.
We typically spend some time singing together led by a live band, followed by a practical, 20-minute talk based on the Bible that applies to everyday life followed by more worship and a low pressure invitation for prayer ministry if you would like it.

  • If you have children up to Year 6 of primary school age, we have a safe, fun, and engaging environment called Southside Adventurers, specifically designed for them during the service. Our team will help you securely register them half way through the service.

For youth, this group is called Devotion, and also meets halfway through the service.

  • We love to hang out after the service! Stick around for a few minutes to grab a free coffee or tea, meet some friendly people, and introduce yourself if you're up for it.

  • You don't have to believe what we believe to come here.

Bring your doubts, your questions, and your story.

We’re just glad to have you with us.

  • We get it! If it would be helpful, you can get in touch with us to let us know that you are planning to visit, and we can make sure someone is on the look out for you to walk through those doors for the first time together.
